Provides critical data visualization and design skills by teaching participants how to use Adobe Illustrator to make professional scientific figures and illustrations. The workshop also includes an introductions to other scientific design tools such as PowerPoint, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, and Canva.
Scientific Figure Design Workshop
ONE HOUR WORKSHOP
A one hour workshop that is great for research and biotech conferences. Provide your attendees with an engaging course on how to tell their scientific story for scientific publications and presentations using best practices in graphic design.
Data Presentation Design (PowerPoint)
TWO HOUR WORKSHOP
Live online workshop on how to create engaging data-focused presentation slides using PowerPoint and Excel. Participants receive a professional development certificate through Oregon Bioscience Association and the course includes a workshop portion with time to improve individual participant presentations. *Note: Pricing subject to Oregon Bioscience Association workshop rates.
